Accepted payment methods. Hype777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Philippine banks.

Minimum withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawal timing. Hype777 processes the majority of GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts in under 5 minutes. During high-volume periods or for accounts that require additional review, processing may take longer. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one banking business day.
Same-name requirement. Your withdrawal method must be registered in your own name — the same name used for your hype777 account. Withdrawals to payment accounts registered under a different name will not be processed. This rule protects players from unauthorised withdrawals and is required for regulatory compliance.

Minimum and maximum bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on the hype777 platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market before a bet is placed. Hype777 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time without prior notice.
Bet acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until hype777's system has accepted it and issued a confirmation. Network interruptions, connectivity issues, or technical errors that prevent confirmation do not constitute accepted bets. Hype777 is not liable for bets that were not successfully submitted due to technical issues outside the platform's control.
Sports betting — match results. All sports bets on hype777 are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., NBA official results for basketball). In the event of a discrepancy between a broadcast result and the official result, the official result governs settlement.
Postponed and cancelled events. If a sports event is postponed or cancelled before it begins, straight bets on that event are voided and stakes are returned. For parlay bets, the void leg is removed and the parlay is recalculated at the remaining odds. If an event begins but is abandoned before completion, settlement rules depend on how much of the event was played and are governed by sport-specific rules available on the platform.
Obvious errors. In the event of manifest pricing errors (odds that are clearly and significantly incorrect due to a technical or human error), hype777 reserves the right to void affected bets. Deliberately exploiting obvious errors is considered fraudulent behaviour and may result in account closure.
Live betting. In-play bets are accepted at hype777's discretion. Odds during live betting may be suspended at any time. Bets placed during a suspension period will not be accepted. Hype777's system is designed to prevent the acceptance of bets during short suspension windows, but in the rare event that a bet is accepted after the event it relates to has concluded, it will be voided.

Dormant accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Hype777 may apply a monthly dormancy administrative fee to dormant accounts after providing notice by email. Any remaining balance after applicable fees will be held securely and returned upon verified request.
